Cancellation Policy

At Auzstores, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to adjust or cancel an order. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations:

Cancellation Prior to Shipment: if you need to cancel your order, we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will promptly process a refund for the full amount of your payment.

Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will be required to return the item(s) to us to initiate a refund. For further guidance, please refer to our Return Policy.

Partial Order Cancellations: if you wish to cancel specific item(s) from your order while retaining others, kindly reach out to our customer service team for assistance. If the item(s) have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the selected item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. In the event that the item(s) have already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return process for a refund.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, cancellation is permissible prior to shipment. If the item has already been dispatched, a return will be necessary to facilitate a refund.

To initiate an order cancellation, please contact our dedicated customer service team, providing your order number for reference.

Please be aware that we do not impose any restocking fees for cancelled orders that have been shipped.

We endeavor to expedite cancellation requests efficiently. Upon processing your cancellation, you will receive confirmation via email. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
